With 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, Willie brings leadership, energy, and a genuine passion for helping others to the Greenbridge team. Before joining the agency, he spent 14 years in leadership roles with Aflac, where he focused on mentoring, training, and sales development. That foundation taught him the importance of communication, teamwork, and building lasting relationships — qualities that continue to guide his work every day.

Willie loves that no two days in insurance are ever the same. He enjoys the challenge of finding the right coverage for each client’s unique situation and takes pride in helping people feel secure and confident in their choices. His sense of humor, leadership skills, and ability to make every interaction positive have earned him the respect and friendship of both clients and coworkers alike.

Originally from West Central Illinois, Willie has called West Tennessee home for the past several years. He values the flexibility Greenbridge provides to truly connect with clients and help more people get the protection they need. When he’s not working, you can find him spending time with his wife and three daughters, hunting, playing golf, or cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers, St. Louis Cardinals, and Fighting Illini.
