Greg Williams

After graduating from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 2003, Greg entered the insurance industry with a clear vision: to provide individuals, families, and businesses with a more thoughtful and comprehensive approach to risk management. Early in his career, he recognized that clients didn’t just need policies — they needed guidance, education, and someone they could trust to look out for their best interests.

Greg dedicated himself to learning every aspect of the industry, from personal and commercial lines to claims support and long-term strategic planning. Over the years, he has helped clients navigate major life decisions, business growth, and moments of uncertainty — always with the belief that protecting people well means understanding them first.

What has always set Greg apart is how he serves. He leads with heart, taking time to listen, ask questions, and make sure every person feels heard and supported. He believes that relationships are the true measure of success, and he strives to create a welcoming environment where both clients and team members feel valued. His leadership style is rooted in respect, encouragement, and genuine care — values shaped early in life while working on his family’s farm, where he learned the importance of hard work, trust, and integrity.

Greg is also deeply committed to the West Tennessee community. His involvement has included serving as a Paul Harris Fellow, past president and membership chairman of the Covington Rotary Club, and service with a variety of civic and nonprofit boards including the Covington Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Millington Chamber Ambassadors, Covington Gridiron Association Executive Board, C.A.S.A., Children and Family Services Board, YMCA–Millington Board of Directors, and Baptist Memorial Hospital-Tipton Service First Council. Through each role, he has carried forward the Rotary motto that continues to guide him: “Service Above Self.”

Outside of work, Greg finds peace and purpose on the family farm and joy in time spent with his wife, Amy, and their three daughters: Margaret, Kate, and May. Whether he’s watching the Tennessee Vols play, sharing a laugh with friends, or driving a tractor through familiar fields, Greg stays grounded in where he came from — and in the values that continue to shape every decision he makes.
